Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Shrimp Large peeled & deveined
  • 4 tbsp Butter Unsalted divided
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil Prevents butter from burning
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • ½ tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • ½ tsp Red pepper flakes Optional for spice
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Shrimp: If using frozen shrimp, thaw them in cold water for 15 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Heat the Pan: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with olive oil.
  • Sauté Garlic: Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Cook the Shrimp: Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  • Season & Finish: Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir in the lemon juice and remaining butter.
  • Garnish & Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
